Clients often share that after our sessions they feel
more alive
more relaxed in being themselves
more deeply connected with their partners
a sense of relief
greater inner spaciousness and freedom
During our work together, I hold two intentions at the same time: the understanding that nothing needs to change, and the clarity that your intention for our sessions gives us direction.

How we relate matters. The ways we consciously and subconsciously relate to ourselves and each other shape our wellbeing, the quality of our relationships, and our experience of life.
Through many years of personal development work and training, I have experienced how much beauty, aliveness, and freedom can become available when we begin to explore the way we relate. This is why I feel deeply passionate about supporting others in this exploration.
I wrote The Art of Relating as the distilled essence of my personal development journey, with the intention of making fundamental relational skills more accessible. My latest book, Separating with Love, applies these approaches to the context of conscious uncoupling. When ending my ten-year relationship with my partner, I experienced how much love and compassion can be part of this journey. This inspired me to make this path available to others as well.
Before that, I published a series of children’s books on emotional intelligence, including Lara and the Wishbeings, to help make these skills accessible to the next generation.

The Art of Relating offers an embodied path to building healthy relationships with yourself, others and life.
How we relate to ourselves, to others and to life shapes our experience of being alive. When these relationships are healthy, it is easier to feel connected and loved. When they are not, life can feel heavy, tense or disconnected.
Through simple practices and essential insights from psychology, embodiment, trauma healing and spirituality, this book supports you in experiencing more compassion, aliveness and joy in everyday life.

Conscious Uncoupling
Separating with Love offers a path to ending a relationship with love and compassion. It is an alternative to breakups, where people get cut out of each other’s lives, emotional tension keeps lingering and resentment prevails.
How we end relationships matters. With a conscious approach, endings can open a door to compassion and connection and even transform into healing experiences that support growth.
Separating with Love provides inspiration to help you find your own authentic way of moving through separation while continuing to meet yourself and each other with love and compassion..
My approach is inspired by a wide spectrum of modalities, such as:
NARM therapy, embodiment, systemic coaching, mindfulness, nonviolent communication, creative expression, trauma-informed facilitation, voice work and movement.
NARM™ (NeuroAffective Relational Model) is a neuroscience-informed approach for working with developmental trauma and deeply rooted relational patterns. Developed by Dr Laurence Heller, NARM integrates body-oriented psychotherapy, attachment research and contemporary trauma research. Rather than focusing on processing the past, it explores how old patterns may be limiting someone in the present moment and who can emerge when they no longer do.
Note: The support I offer is not psychotherapy as defined by the German Psychotherapists Act and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are experiencing a mental health condition that requires treatment, seeking medical or psychotherapeutic support should be the first step.
NARM™ differs from traditional talk therapy primarily through its holistic approach. It works not only with what someone thinks or talks about, but also with what is happening in the body, such as tension, breathing and posture. Rather than focusing mainly on the past, it explores what is showing up in the present moment. NARM does not centre on what is wrong or lacking, but on the coherent self that may emerge beneath protective patterns.
Relationship coaching is for individuals and couples who want to create healthier relationships with themselves or each other. It may be suitable if you want to understand recurring relational patterns, communicate more clearly, become more aware of your needs and boundaries, or navigate a transition or separation.
Anything that's currently alive for you. Common themes include: recurring patterns in relationships, stress and inner restlessness, internal conflicts, deepening the connection with your partner, self-worth and self-trust, feeling more free and authentic, conscious uncoupling, inner barriers you keep running into, and building relationships that feel more vibrant and nourishing.
Conscious uncoupling is a way of ending a relationship with love and compassion. It is rooted in the understanding that a relationship does not necessarily disappear, but changes its form. From this perspective, it becomes possible to close the chapter of a romantic relationship with care and transition into a new form of connection.
I work with a sliding scale. It is important to me that my support is accessible to as many people as possible. The table below offers some guidance. If you are unsure which rate applies to you, feel free to speak to me directly.
The scale is based on a monthly gross income ranging from less than €2,000 to more than €4,000.

The Clarity Call, our 20-minute introductory conversation, is free of charge.
We begin wherever you are in that moment, whether with a current concern, a feeling or a particular situation. From there, we explore together what may lie beneath it: which patterns emerge, what your body is communicating, and where connection feels easy or more difficult. There is no fixed programme and no homework. You set the pace.
Individual sessions last 60 minutes. Couples sessions last 90 minutes, allowing enough space for both perspectives and the relational dynamic between you.
All sessions are online via Zoom
You can book a free clarity call on my website and choose your preferred time-slot in my calendar.
